The SuperaTM MC chemically competent E. coli competent cells are ideal for most cloning applications ((genotype, araD139  (ara-leu)7696

high transformation efficiency for low DNA amount or ¡°in-gel¡± ligation
reactions. These cells displayed high efficiency in RNAi oligos cloning
regardless the vector backbone (i.e. works equally well on our pQuiet vectors
and RNAi vector from other sources).
